Great location near the beach and tourist train stop. Enjoyed the lovely pool area. perfect for relaxation.

Great pool area and friendly staff, but the Wi-Fi was frustratingly weak at times.

Spacious family suite boasted great amenities like two bathrooms and a big lounge area. Fresh towels daily. Breakfast was consistently good with a wide selection including fresh pancakes and personalized omelets, great vibe for starting the day!

It would be better if the spa area was more accessible from the pool. running through the corridor in a wet swimsuit wasn't ideal.

had a great time at vila gale. the staff were super friendly, especially the guys at the dog n duck bar, they made really good drinks. the pool area was nice and well kept, and breakfast had loads of tasty options. the room was clean and had a lovely view of the pool. location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the old town.

Ideal for Families on Vacation

The breakfast spread was really impressive with fresh options that left us wanting more each morning. Plus, the indoor pool was a lifesaver, especially on those rainy days we've got a little one who's always ready to splash.

It wasn't exactly cheap, rather on the expensive side but still acceptable for what you get.

Noise levels from nearby entertainment could wake the dead!!! Confusing reservation and check-in processes need restructuring. The poor pricing for drinks and food felt like a mark-up for unsuspecting guests!!! Attached amenities felt outdated!!!

Had a braw time here! The outdoor pools were cracking for a splash n' relax, and the staff were proper friendly—always cheers ya up! Only downside was a wee bit noise from the corridors, but it didn’t spoil the fun!

Enjoyed my recent visit, especially the friendly staff and the large outdoor pool. Breakfast offered a delicious variety, including freshly cooked omelets. For couples, consider requesting a pool view room to enhance your stay. A minor annoyance was Wi-Fi connectivity in certain areas, so stay connected during the stay.

The spacious twin room offered lovely views, complemented by a fantastic selection for breakfast, including smoked salmon. While the outdoor pools were a highlight, the chaotic ordering system at the poolside bar made meals frustrating at times, as orders were often mixed up. the Wi-Fi was unreliable in certain areas of the hotel, which was inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, the friendly staff and overall cleanliness made it a pleasant stay.

The bathtub situation was a hassle. it’s way too high and slippery, making exits a risky endeavor. Noise levels from nearby entertainment were intrusive, especially late at night, which could disrupt sleep. On top of that, the food selection was pretty lackluster, with long wait times and repeated menu options that didn’t add the zing you'd expect. I struggled to get Wi-Fi out by the pool, and charging extra for the in-room safe felt like a rip-off. Lastly, the lack of proper air conditioning made the room less comfortable during the hotter evenings.
